Block course on Spectral Sequences

Content / Literature / Recommended previous knowledge Spectral sequences are one of the most powerful computational tools available in algebra and
topology. This mini-course will include a rapid review of the general theory as well as some
specific applications.
This block course will take place during 6 consecutive working days beginning on the 29th of
September and ending on October 7th (there will be during the three day weekend ending on October
3rd) There will be approximately 2 hours of lecture, followed by lunch, and then a discussion
session with exercises. Participants seeking credit will give a 45 minute presentation (including a
written form of the presentation) during the last couple of days.
There will be an organizational meeting on July 25th at 14:00-15:00 in M206 to determine topics

6.10.2017-7.10.2017 45 Minuten Vortrag. Wiederholungsprüfung nach Vereinbarung. / 45 minute
presentation on October 6th and 7th, 2017. Second exam available by appointment.
